Last session, ready to beat

Start a day from your routine and each exercise already knows what you did last time. Steppers move by your weight step, so a set is a tap on + and Save.

  • Targets from your routine, or last session’s sets when you don’t have one.
  • Warm-up sets added for you, ramping up to your first working weight.
  • Adjusts as you go. Beat the reps and the next set goes up a step; fall short and it comes down.
  • Every kind of set: warm-ups, drop sets, myo-reps, partials and left/right sides.
Track screen: target of 2 sets plus 2 warm-ups, weight 10 kg, 8 reps

  • Workout timer with start and end times you can fix later.
  • Sets by muscle each month, so you can see what you’re skipping.

See the line go up

Every exercise has its own graph: estimated one-rep max, heaviest weight, volume or total reps, over a month or everything you’ve logged.

  • Records per exercise: est. 1RM, heaviest, best session and most reps.
  • Sessions per week across the last 12 weeks.
  • Goals for a lift, marked off when you hit them 210 / 200 kg
Overhead press graph: estimated 1RM 45.5 kg, up 11% overall

Want someone to plan it for you?

Coach reads everything you log, plus your sleep and recovery, and writes your next session: the weights, reps and sets for each exercise, with a note on why. You keep logging exactly as before; the plan is just there when you open the day.

The programmeBlocks and deload weeks

Runs your routine in blocks of accumulation, intensification and realisation, then a deload week. Each week has its own effort and volume Week 2 of 7 · sets 110%

Your aimStrength, size or both

Tell it what you’re training for and whether you’re cutting or building. Rep ranges, rests, weekly sets and goals change to match.

EffortReps in reserve

Rate how many reps you had left on each set. The coach sets an aim for the week, from 3 down to 1, and the remaining sets adjust to it.

RestRest times per exercise

Longer after the first heavy lift, shorter for isolation work. The rest timer starts with them, or shows them as a suggestion.

RecoveryReads your sleep and heart rate

Compares last night’s sleep and resting heart rate with your 14-day average, and looks at heart rate across each workout before pushing harder.

GoalsTargets with a date

Lift goals like 25 kg × 7 by 5 Dec, and sessions per week, with progress shown on Progress and Coach.

RoutineChanges you approve

Suggests swaps, new exercises and a new day order when something stalls. Accept or dismiss each one, or let it apply them for you.

Each weekA focus and a review

A short checklist for the week, a review after every workout, form cues where they help, and alternatives when the kit is taken. Leave it notes and it reads them.
